Short Term Tasks:
(1st Q 2007):
a. Remind of availability (done)
b. 10 new brass arrangements (have written 15 arrangements plus 15 other congregational harmonizations where “The music isn’t available.”
c. Rehearsals scheduled monthly – Lomé & plateau (done)
(2nd Q 2007):
a. Ask for info & then arrange songs for special church times – Noel, funerals, etc.(done)
b. Create 10 new arrangements (have written a total of 28 arrangements plus 17 others)
c. Continue with monthly regional rehearsals. (done)
(3rd Q 2007)
a. Ask for any other special requests for congregational harmonizations or arrangements.
b. Create those requests
c. Continue with monthly regional rehearsals.
Long Term Goals:
a. Congregation – 1. more song variety & better service planning
